The ‘Bella’ Flower Power on Balconies is more than important. Only varieties with this flower power bringing happiness into gardens and satisfaction to consumers and plant lovers!
The above picuture is out of my mother’s garden. Planted in week 21 and about 14 weeks later full flower power by only watering with clear water. The ‘Bella Red’ was battling with ‘Bella Pink Jewel’ and both did good. Now in November, the plants are still sitting there.
Better Balconies
I took these photos a couple years ago at ‘ Piazza delle Erbe’ in Verona in September. You might recognize the climbing poor flowering Mandevilla.
What would Berto Barbarani, the italian local poet say, looking at balconies at the ‘Piazza delle Erbe’ without flower power!
Here one of his most know poetries:
“Quà, dove l’Adese, sensa fermarse
rompe nei ponti la so canson,
stao atento ai versi che pol negarse,
li tiro a riva, col me baston.”[1]
“Here, where Adese can’t stop I know the song breaks the bridges, I pay attention to the verses that can be denied, I pull them ashore, with my stick.”[1]
A lot more is possible with Mandevilla ‘Bella’ from Kientzler. Those varieties are going through the summer bringing constant flower power. If you are looking for sustainable Mandevilla, you are good with the ‘Bella’ series.
End of the season / November in the north
Mandevilla ‘Bella’ don’t give up even in November they fight to bring some flowers around.
No doubt, ‘Bella’ Flower Power on Balconies is possible!
