Here some Mandevilla ‘Bella’ Garden Inspirations out of our trial garden in Elmshorn. Since week 22 the ‘Bella’ are making a great show.
‘Bella Red Bolero’
If you want to have the red color a bit deeper, a bit more saturated, you have to trial the ‘Bella Red Bolero’. The red color is just terrific!
Due to the good branching ‘Red Bolero’ can be grown perfect in 11 – 14cm pots. Even if you missed some plants during pinching, ‘Red Bolero’ will break out anyway. 17 cm bush stays nice and compact.
‘Red Bolero’ is at this point only available for Europe.

‘Bella Scarlet’
(‘Bella Compact Red’) in Europe
If you are going for a Ferrari-Red, the ‘Bella Scarlet’ has it.
‘Bella Scarlet’ is a great branching variety and perfect in the smaller pot sizes from 10 – 14cm. This variety is performing also good in baskets!
‘Bella Pink Panther’
The ‘Bella Pink Panther’ is for sure one of the earliest flowering varieties in the ‘Bella’ assortment. Conspicuous is:
- super dark foliage
- compact growth
- enormous bud count
- intense pink color
‘Pink Panther’ is a must have in the assortment. This cultivar can be used for 11 – 17cm pot and for 50cm pyramids and racks.

‘Bella Luna’
The ‘Bella Luna’ is a very nice clear white variety with a compact habbit for small pots from 11-14cm and standard racks and pyramids up to 50cm in 17cm pot.
The foliage is nice dark green.
Along with the ‘Bella Luna’ can the slightly stronger growing ‘Bella White Impr.’ used for above mentioned pots and containers.
Due to the vigor, the the ‘Bella White Impr.’ fills the pots a little faster, while the ‘Bella Luna’ stays more compact.
The Mandevilla ‘Bella’ Garden Inspirations are only a few examples of how a Manevilla ‘Bella’ can give value in a combo or planter.
It has been great excitment for us to see the performance of the ‘Bella’ in this summer ’26.
